PANCAKE ENERGY BREAKFAST: Both Delicious and Nutritious

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

1 Banana, mashed

1 teaspoon of cinnamon or more to taste

1 egg

2 teaspoon butter or coconut oil

Blueberries and Raspberries frozen or fresh, or any fruit you like

Yogurt, for serving

1 teaspoon Psyllium Husk

Maple Syrup for serving


 

METHOD

Step One Mash banana in a bowl with a fork

Step Two Add cinnamon

Step Three Add egg and mix well together

Step Four Add psyllium husk (this will provide good texture)

Step Five Melt butter in small fry pan

Step Six Add mixture let cook for 3-5 minutes then flip and cook other side

Step Seven Add yogurt, fruit, and maple syrup as required.
