Cancellation Policy for Naturopathic Treatment
As a small business owner and sole practitioner, it is a requirement that you provide Innovative Naturopathy with a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation or change of appointment.
Late cancellation fees do apply for less than 24 hours notice of appointment cancellation or missed appointments.
It’s life, and I completely understand there will be times when missing an appointment is inevitable; therefore, to ensure fairness the following applies:
1st Missed appointment with no notice may incur a $50 fee.
2nd Missed appointment - the standard full fee will apply.
Payment may be requested prior to commencing your Initial Consultation to hold your appointment.
